Our workshop is located in Ano Liosia, Attica, while in the retail sector there are 4 state-of-the-art bakeries in West Attica. Since 1977, founder Nikitas Pelechas, followed by his sons Evangelos and Vasilios, continue to offer traditional confections on the domestic market.
Our proprietary buildings comply with all hygiene rules and our company has developed control procedures based on the requirements of ISO 9001-2008 and 22000-2005 at all stages of production and processes, from the point of entry of raw materials to the point of creation and how to dispose of finished products.
Based on years of experience, knowledge and the passion of all our employees, we are able to provide our customers with products that respond to market development at affordable prices and endless variety.
